1) For the reservation of the gite, you must take a contact with the owner to ensure you that the days you wish to rent are still available.
2) After confirmation of the availability of the period of hiring, please fill and send the form of reservation.
3) Once the form of reservation sent, the owner will send to you by email the leasing agreement and the description of the lodging.
4) Send by mail 2 specimens of the leasing agreement signed ("read and approved") and carry out the payment of the installment (25% of the price of the hiring) to validate the reservation. 3 possible Modes of payment.

- By credit card (safe payment by Paypal) (3,5 % of expenses of transaction).

5) once the leasing agreement signed and the payment of the installment carried out, the hiring is validated. The owner you sendings by mail your specimen of the leasing agreement signed.
6) You will pay the sums remaining the day of your arrival to the lodging.
